Ball on Grass

Our History & Mission

Little Leapers was founded in 2018 by Cheyenne Little after she struggled to find activities for her 18 month old daughter. A soccer ball in one hand, and a toddler in the other, she set out to provide a program for her small towns community.

Since then Little Leapers has grown to serve thousands of children each year across California, Texas, and Idaho.

Our goal is to serve our instructors, students, and families equally and across as many communities as we can. We believe all children should be given the opportunity to experience sports and recreation programs early on in their development and work hard to maintain affordable rates and inclusive curriculum to make our programs accessible to all.

Our Instructors

We work hard to support our staff by promoting lucrative wages, self determined schedules, and open communication. Our coaches are made up of predominantly stay at home parents, young moms, students, and women and it’s been our mission to support their family unit as a whole during their time on our team, and onwards after. With community service as a core value, our goal is to serve our instructors well so they can better serve and enrich the lives of others.

Our Communities

As we continue to expand across the United States we have made a point of targeting small and rural communities where recreational activities are scarce, especially for the preschool age group.

Inclusivity

We strive to achieve inclusivity for all children in our programs. We have welcomed children of all abilities and have been able to accommodate students with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, Downs Syndrome, mutism, speech delays, and more. Our instructors undergo extra training to learn how to engage with children of all abilities and help make goals tailored to each child’s individual needs.
